Alternatively you may post a cheque made payable to Dr Una Coales with form to MRCGP Courses, PO Box 51953, London SW9 0YG. Places are allocated upon receipt of payment.

Terms and Conditions: Refund policy: 100% course fees minus administration fee will be refunded if 8 weeks written notice is given. 50% of course fees minus administration fee will be refunded if written notice is given between 4 and 8 weeks of the course. No refund will be issued for cancellation within 4 weeks of the course. Courses may not be deferred or changed. A request to change dates will be viewed as a full cancellation. No exceptions. Post-dated cheques are not legal-tender. Administration fee: £35 for all cancellations (which will be deducted from the refund) and £15 for replacement certificates of attendance and lost receipt requests. Requests for replacement certificates or duplicate receipts must be made within 3 months of the course attended. Replacement course material will be charged at 50% of course fee. By completing the booking form, you are accepting all terms and conditions.
